Services

A sample scope for workplace, retail and exhibition projects. Every real appointment should define deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities and fees in writing.

Spatial strategy

For an early idea, a new premises or a space that no longer supports its use.

Typical outputs

  • A written brief with priorities and unresolved questions.
  • Activity and adjacency diagrams.
  • A schedule of information needed before design.

Bring any existing plans, site photographs, operational needs and target dates. Surveying and specialist reports are separate unless explicitly included.

Concept & materials

For a defined brief ready to become a spatial direction.

Typical outputs

  • Layout options with a comparison of tradeoffs.
  • Material, color and lighting intent.
  • A concept presentation and documented decisions.

Concept material does not replace construction information. Agree the number of options and review rounds before work starts.

Design development

For an approved concept that needs careful coordination.

Typical outputs

  • Developed drawings and selected details.
  • A coordinated material and fixture schedule.
  • A record of design decisions and remaining actions.

Construction administration, procurement, approvals and specialist engineering need their own explicit scope.

A scope starts
with the brief.

Share the space type, location and what you need to decide next. Fees and timing are placeholders until a real proposal is agreed.
