Before using a candle

Read the safety label before lighting. Place the vessel upright on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and combustible materials. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keeping a soap bar

Check the full ingredient list before use. Allow a bar to drain and dry between uses. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Replace this text with guidance appropriate to your actual formulation and intended use.

Saving the sleeve

Keep paper packaging dry. Remove it completely before using the enclosed item. Keep any care label separately so it remains available after unwrapping.

If something arrives damaged

Do not use cracked glass or damaged items. Contact the business with the item name, order reference and a description of the damage. The business should explain its actual replacement or returns process before accepting orders.
