We help people turn a shared question into a small civic project—with clear roles, a testable proposal and a record of what needs to change.

a route.

Notice where a first-time visitor hesitates. Record what happened before interpreting it.

a sign.

Turn an agreed destination and direction into a reusable panel for a supervised trial.

the test.

Explain the invitation, respect a “no” and collect the feedback the project still needs.

Where does
the route become unclear?

The proposal is to test temporary wayfinding between the courtyard entrance and its shared room. Before making more signs, we need to understand where the current information is missing—and who might experience the route differently.

This is a fictional example, not a live project or a confirmed event. It demonstrates how a facilitator can make responsibilities and uncertainty visible.
