People make
the process matter.
Good Company is a fictional civic project facilitation practice. Its service is to help a group frame a useful question, prepare participation and make the next decision accountable.
What facilitation
would contribute
A clear invitation. Define the activity, what is open to change, who is responsible and what support needs to be agreed.
A workable shared record. Keep observations, interpretation, permissions and unresolved questions distinct. Make the record useful to the next person who needs it.
A visible response. Explain how feedback informs a next proposal, what has been left unresolved and who needs to decide. Agree the actual scope and deliverables with the commissioning group.
Show your actual people.
Document your actual work.
Supply your own real owner, team and civic-work photographs, not stock people or generated workshop scenes. Obtain photographer and identifiable participant permission; confirm client/site permissions and avoid exposing personal or confidential information. Update alt text and captions to state what the image actually shows.
Alt-text field: Sample: Describe the actual person, role or work shown, with useful context.
The illustrated neighbors elsewhere in this kit are fictional. They must not become staff portraits or evidence that a real group participated.
