A little more court sense.
Tennis coaching built around where you stand, what you notice and the next ball you play.
We use one clear task at a time: find a starting position, try a short exchange, then pause to name what changed. Explore the method before choosing a session.

Use a short feed or cooperative rally. Pause whenever the task, pace or space needs adjusting.
Leave with a clear note.
Discuss what you noticed and choose something to revisit next time. Progress depends on your circumstances and practice.
