When you arrive

Allow time to find the court and introduce yourself. Tell the coach if equipment, pace or the proposed activity does not feel suitable. You can ask for a pause or a different explanation.

If plans change

Contact the business promptly. The sample site does not process bookings, cancellations or payments. The real business should provide its current policy before you commit.
