Assembly Hall

Sample business — fictional demonstration

Give every session
its own time.

A useful program includes the moments between the sessions. Try the fictional conference timetable below, then use the checklist for your own event.

Check a sample itinerary

Select the sessions you want to attend. The board lists every conflicting pair and the time they overlap. Adjacent sessions are allowed, but still need travel time.

Local demonstration only. This does not reserve a place or check venue availability.

    The spaces between sessions

    1. Arrival and orientation

Give people time to check in, find facilities and settle before the first speaker begins.

    2. Room changes and breaks

Account for the actual walking route, queues and access needs. A timetable without overlaps can still be too tight.

    3. Setup and pack-down

Agree supplier arrival times, room resets and the moment the space must be clear.

    Show a real setup.

This space is reserved for your own event work. Explain the occasion, the room arrangement and what was included. Do not use the auditorium illustration as evidence of a completed event.

Sample slot: add your own verified details.

Turn the outline into a brief.

Send the venue your proposed timings, group size and practical needs. Confirm the final arrangements directly.
