Table LetterLunch, supper & shared tables

A kitchen with
room to explain.

This fictional kitchen story is a place to describe your food and the people who prepare it in your own words.

How the sample menu works

The menu begins with vegetables and a few pantry ingredients. Roasting, simmering and assembling create a small selection that is easy to explain at the table.

For your own restaurant, describe what you make in-house, what changes through the year and how guests can ask questions. Name suppliers only when the relationship is real and current.

From your own kitchen

Work photo slot — Sample: describe the actual dish or preparation, date and location. Use your own photos, not stock people.

Sample: Write a caption that explains what is happening in this photograph. Do not present the illustrative dish as a customer project or a real menu item.

Questions are welcome

Before visiting, ask about ingredients, shared preparation equipment and any arrangements you need. The actual business should explain what it can and cannot accommodate.
