Ways to join

Mat classes: Ask which mat class suits your experience and what props are supplied.
$35 a class · 55 minutes
Equipment sessions: Confirm whether your booking uses a reformer or other studio equipment.
$45 a session · 55 minutes
Introductory sessions: Get familiar with the studio, class format and equipment before joining a group.
$30 a person · 55 minutes

Packages: 5-class and 10-class passes

Prices: $300 for 10 classes

First class or trial: one intro mat class at a reduced rate

Cancellation and makeup policy: 12 hours notice for a make-up class

Ask about the required introduction and the instructor’s confirmed training: NASM-certified instructor.

Class levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Session length: 55 minutes. Ask before moving into a different group.
