Do I need an introduction before reformer class?
Ask the studio which introduction is required for its equipment classes. Requirements depend on the format and your experience.
Are mat and reformer classes priced differently?
See 5-class and 10-class passes and $35 a class. Confirm which class types a pass includes before buying.
Do you supply mats and grip socks?
The studio’s bring-or-borrow list is grip socks, a water bottle and a towel. Ask about grip socks and equipment before your first visit.
Can I join if I have never tried Pilates?
Ask for the introductory option and current beginner, intermediate and advanced. The studio can explain its class formats before you book.
What ages or levels can join?
Our age groups are adults 18 and up and our class levels are beginner, intermediate and advanced. Call to confirm the right group before booking.
When and where do classes meet?
The class schedule is Monday to Saturday, 6am to 8pm. Classes meet at the studio on the second floor. Confirm your time and meeting point before traveling.
Can we try a class before buying a package?
The first-class or trial offer is one intro mat class at a reduced rate. Ask what it includes, whether a fee applies and how to reserve it.
How much do classes cost, and can I cancel?
Prices are $45 a session; packages are 5-class and 10-class passes. Cancellation and makeup terms are 12 hours notice for a make-up class. Confirm the terms before paying.
