Details to confirm
- Image privacy and retention: Private gallery for 30 days; guests choose whether to share their photos.
- Space and power: An 8 by 8 foot space and one nearby grounded outlet.
- Staffing and prints: One attendant and two prints per session with the print package.
- Use kids’ photos only with a parent’s permission. Never publish kids’ names.
- Screening: Sample background-check statement; no screening claim.
Before you book
Deposit and payments: 25% deposit to reserve; balance due seven days before the event
Booking and cancellations: Book at least two weeks ahead; cancel seven days before the event
Weather and rescheduling: Move indoors or choose a new date if weather prevents safe setup
