Image privacy and retention: Private gallery for 30 days; guests choose whether to share their photos.
Space and power: An 8 by 8 foot space and one nearby grounded outlet.
Staffing and prints: One attendant and two prints per session with the print package.
Use kids’ photos only with a parent’s permission. Never publish kids’ names.
Screening: Sample background-check statement; no screening claim.
