Independent thought.
Shared ownership.
Meridian is a fictional strategy practice for founders, service leaders and teams navigating a consequential choice.
The work combines structured conversation, focused inquiry and a clear written recommendation. The team making the decision remains responsible for it.
Our working agreement
- Clarity over performance
- We write in plain language and show the reasoning. A complicated vocabulary is not a substitute for a useful recommendation.
- Challenge with context
- We make room for disagreement while taking the team’s constraints seriously. A recommendation has to survive the actual conditions of the work.
- Leave something usable
- The final artifact records the choice, evidence, tradeoff and next action. It should still make sense when we are no longer in the room.
The people behind
the reasoning.

A good fit
You have a live question, a decision owner and people willing to examine the assumptions together. You want a reasoned choice, not a predetermined answer dressed as a process.
