A few practical
questions.
Start here for scope, proofs and materials. These sample answers explain the demonstration approach; replace policies with your own before launch.
How early should I enquire?
Share your event date and the date you need printed pieces before committing to a production schedule. Actual lead times depend on scope, materials and availability. Replace this answer with your current scheduling policy.
Do you offer flowers and stationery separately?
This sample offering supports either service or a coordinated brief. A real business should state which services it currently provides and who is responsible for installation, collection and delivery.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
A date, location, approximate quantities and budget range are a useful start. Include the number of printed pieces, finishing requirements, floral locations and any venue restrictions.
Can you match a color exactly?
Screens, paper stocks and inks show color differently. Agree on a physical reference where color matters. Flowers vary by season and batch; record an acceptable range and substitution policy rather than promising an exact match.
Who checks the wording?
Name one final approver and ask them to check every name, date and address. The proof should make dimensions and quantities clear. Agree in writing what changes are included and how later corrections are charged.
Can a booklet have any number of pages?
The simple folded signatures shown here use multiples of four. The tool covers 4, 8 and 12 pages. Ask your printer about other bindings, stock thickness, creep and production requirements.
Can I arrange an accessible appointment?
Describe your communication or access needs using the contact details. Confirm the location, step-free route and available arrangements before travelling. This demonstration does not represent a real venue.
Does this site accept orders?
No. This is a fictional static demonstration. The example email and telephone must be replaced before launch, and no booking, payment or message is sent through this site.
Something
more specific?
A venue restriction, unusual format or access requirement is worth mentioning early. Include the event date and what you already know when you get in touch.
