Details to confirm
- Latex allergy notice: balloons may contain natural rubber latex. Call about allergies before booking. Keep uninflated and broken balloons away from young children; adults supervise.
- We never release balloons outdoors.
- Installation and removal: Setup two hours before the event; removal at the agreed time.
- Attachments and permission: Venue approval required; freestanding frames preferred.
- Use kids’ photos only with a parent’s permission. Never publish kids’ names.
- Screening: Sample background-check statement; no screening claim.
Before you book
Deposit and payments: 25% deposit to reserve; balance due seven days before the event
Booking and cancellations: Book at least two weeks ahead; cancel seven days before the event
Weather and rescheduling: Move indoors or choose a new date if weather prevents safe setup
