Deposit and payments: 25% deposit to reserve; balance due seven days before the event

Booking and cancellations: Book at least two weeks ahead; cancel seven days before the event

Weather and rescheduling: Move indoors or choose a new date if weather prevents safe setup

Latex allergy notice: balloons may contain natural rubber latex. Call about allergies before booking. Keep uninflated and broken balloons away from young children; adults supervise.
We never release balloons outdoors.
Installation and removal: Setup two hours before the event; removal at the agreed time.
Attachments and permission: Venue approval required; freestanding frames preferred.
Use kids’ photos only with a parent’s permission. Never publish kids’ names.
Screening: Sample background-check statement; no screening claim.
