An evening, in its own form.
Three sample ways to use the room. Scope and feasibility are agreed for each enquiry.
A live program
Make the transitions feel as considered as the sets.
A live-music evening starts with the stage footprint: performers, instruments, microphones and changeovers. Share a draft stage plan and tell us who is handling production.
Before doors
Allow time for load-in, setup and agreed sound checks.
During the program
Name a point of contact for every changeover.
After the final set
Plan audience departure separately from equipment removal.
A talk or conversation
Build the room around sightlines and speech. A seated conversation, a single speaker and a panel have different microphone and furniture needs.
Include in your outline
- Number of speakers and the format of the discussion.
- Any projected material, captions or access support you need.
- Whether questions come from a host, the audience or both.
Confirm any recording or streaming requirements separately. This demo does not provide a recording service.
A small gathering
Receptions and community gatherings need clear arrival information and space for conversation. Tell us how guests will move through the evening, including any seated moments.
Food, drink, decoration and supplier access are practical questions to discuss before booking. Do not assume an item is included unless it appears in your proposal.
