- Scope and handoff: Vendor checklist, budget tracking and a final timeline handed over two weeks ahead.
Before you book
Deposit and payments: 25% deposit to reserve; balance due seven days before the event
Booking and cancellations: Book at least two weeks ahead; cancel seven days before the event
Weather and rescheduling: Move indoors or choose a new date if weather prevents safe setup
