Details to confirm
- Delivery and rights: Edited images in six weeks; personal printing rights included.
- Coverage and backups: Two camera bodies, spare batteries and a backup shooter plan.
Before you book
Deposit and payments: 25% deposit to reserve; balance due seven days before the event
Booking and cancellations: Book at least two weeks ahead; cancel seven days before the event
Weather and rescheduling: Move indoors or choose a new date if weather prevents safe setup
