Details to confirm
- Registration: Sample officiant registration no. 000000. NYC requires officiants to register with the City Clerk. Confirm registration and current requirements before booking.
- Paperwork responsibilities: Couple supplies the marriage license; officiant returns signed paperwork.
Before you book
Deposit and payments: 25% deposit to reserve; balance due seven days before the event
Booking and cancellations: Book at least two weeks ahead; cancel seven days before the event
Weather and rescheduling: Move indoors or choose a new date if weather prevents safe setup
