How much does wash-and-fold cost?
The rate is $2.25 a pound, with a minimum order of $15. Delivery fee: $5 each way, free over $40. We confirm the weight and any extra charges before proceeding.
How soon will my laundry be ready?
Usual turnaround: 2 business days. We confirm the return time for your specific order when booking; ask before relying on a same-day return.
Do you pick up in my neighborhood?
Delivery area: Within 5 miles of the shop. Text your ZIP code and street to (800) 555-0101 so we can confirm coverage.
Which days can you pick up?
Pickup days and times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8am to noon. A text request is not a confirmed appointment; wait for our reply with a window.
Can I drop off at the shop?
Yes, during Mon–Sat 8am–5pm at 22 Mill Street, Anytown, USA. Bring your laundry in a securely closed bag with your name and contact details.
Can I request fragrance-free or hypoallergenic detergent?
Fragrance-free option: Yes, at no extra charge. Hypoallergenic option: Yes, for an extra $2 a load. Confirm products and handling with us before booking; no allergen-free result is promised.
What should I keep out of my laundry bag?
Remove valuables and sharp objects. Keep dry-clean-only, leather, heavily soiled or contaminated items separate and call before including them. Follow each item’s care label.
Do you handle laundry for businesses?
Ask about accounts for rentals, gyms and salons. Business account terms: Monthly billing for approved accounts. We agree on volume, schedule, care instructions and billing first.
What if I miss the driver or an item needs attention?
