Packages & first visits
Packages: a 6-lesson pass and a 12-lesson pass
Prices: $250 for 6 lessons
First class or trial: one free trial lesson
Cancellation and makeup policy: 24 hours notice for a make-up lesson

Levels: beginner to advanced. Skill progression: the Level 1 to Level 6 skill sheets. Placement is confirmed with the instructor; progress has no guaranteed timetable.
At the pool
Pool: the heated indoor pool. Parent viewing, changing and arrival rules: bleacher viewing only, and arrival 10 minutes early.
Confirmed qualifications
Water safety certified instructors on staff. Lessons do not replace adult supervision around water.
For parents & guardians
Ages: 3 to 12. Coach-to-child ratio: 1 instructor for every 4 swimmers. Pickup and drop-off rules: a named adult signs each child in and out.
Photo policy: parents must give written permission first. Photos of kids require a parent’s permission. Never publish children’s names.
