Brook & Fin Swim School

Questions before class

Which swimming level should we choose?

Call to discuss beginner to advanced and the placement process. The instructor uses the Level 1 to Level 6 skill sheets to explain the next steps.

Does a parent get in the water?

Parent participation depends on the class age and level. Confirm the rule before arriving at the heated indoor pool.

When will my child move up a level?

The instructor reviews the skills in the Level 1 to Level 6 skill sheets. No timetable or swimming outcome is guaranteed.

Where can parents wait during lessons?

Parent viewing, changing and arrival arrangements are bleacher viewing only, and arrival 10 minutes early. Ask about the exact pool entrance before your visit.

What ages or levels can join?

Our age groups are 3 to 12 and our class levels are beginner to advanced. Call to confirm the right group before booking.

When and where do classes meet?

The class schedule is Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. Classes meet at the lower-level pool room. Confirm your time and meeting point before traveling.

Can we try a class before buying a package?

The first-class or trial offer is one free trial lesson. Ask what it includes, whether a fee applies and how to reserve it.

How much do classes cost, and can I cancel?

Prices are $40 a class; packages are a 6-lesson pass and a 12-lesson pass. Cancellation and makeup terms are 24 hours notice for a make-up lesson. Confirm the terms before paying.

How do I book and discuss access or allergies?

A parent or guardian should call, text or email to book. Do not send children’s personal information through a web form. Tell us about allergies by phone. Ask for the waiver: the form at our front desk.
