How little can a form
need to hold together?
A loop appears stable until the light moves. Then its edges separate, the surface turns, and a simple object becomes a sequence of different readings.
This concept imagines a continuous ribbon without a conventional front or back. Its support is deliberately plain: a quiet counterpoint to a surface that never quite settles.
Making space
for uncertainty.
A useful prototype does not have to answer everything. It should make one question easier to see. In this study, that question is how surface and silhouette can disagree.

The same question.
Another medium.
Interference takes the idea into a digital field. A repeating curve is shifted, rotated and repeated. The result is a form with more complexity than its starting rule.
