Before your print job
Questions about quotes, files, proofs, color, timing and pickup.
How do I request a print quote?
Call (800) 555-0180 with the item, size, quantity, paper preference, color and deadline. Ask what file details the shop needs.
What file types do you accept?
Ask the shop for its current file requirements, including PDF settings, bleed, margins and image resolution before sending artwork.
Can you help with artwork?
Ask whether file setup or design assistance is offered and how it is priced. Do not assume it is included in the print quote.
Will I see a proof?
Confirm the proofing process and who approves the final file. Check wording, spelling, layout, dimensions and quantities before approval.
Will printed colors match my screen?
Screens and print can differ. Ask about color expectations, paper effects and any available sample or proof before production.
How long will the job take?
Timing depends on quantity, materials, finishing and proof approval. The shop will confirm a schedule; same-day service is not promised here.
Can I print copyrighted artwork?
Provide only material you own or have permission to reproduce. Ask the rights holder if you are unsure about permission.
How do pickup and delivery work?
Ask about pickup hours, order identification and whether local delivery is available. Confirm any delivery fee and schedule.
What if I need to change an order?
Contact the shop promptly. Ask about changes, cancellation and reprint terms before approving production; work already produced may carry charges.
