Stoneware
- Wash gently with warm water and a soft cloth.
- Dry fully before stacking. Protect delicate glazed surfaces from hard edges.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not move a cold piece directly into heat.
- Confirm dishwasher, microwave and oven suitability with the maker. None is asserted by this demo.
Paper
Store flat in a dry place. Keep away from spills and long exposure to direct sunlight. Test a pen on a back page before using it throughout.
Wood
Wipe with a lightly damp cloth, then dry. Do not soak. Keep away from sustained heat. Ask which oil or maintenance product is compatible with the actual finish.
Damage or
uncertainty
Stop using a damaged object if its surface, edge or function appears unsafe. Send the maker a clear description and a photograph through your own email application after verifying their real contact address.
Keep packaging until a delivery concern is resolved. Ask about the shop’s actual return policy; this demonstration does not define one.
