The agreed arrangement is Host supplies all alcohol; service and venue rules confirmed before booking. Confirm this with us and the venue before purchasing supplies.
Do guests need identification?
Yes. 21+ with valid ID. We discuss identification checks and responsible service with the event host.
Can you serve an alcohol-free menu?
Ask about drinks without alcohol when planning the menu. Confirm ingredients, equipment and separate serving needs.
What does the venue need to provide?
We agree on counter space, water access, ice, glassware, waste handling and access with the venue before the event.
Do you travel to my venue?
We serve Anytown, USA. Call with your location and any building access, parking or site restrictions before booking.
Is there a travel fee?
Travel fee: $20 within the agreed service area. Confirm the charge and what is included before agreeing to the visit.
How far ahead should I arrange the visit?
Booking window: Book three to five days ahead. Call to confirm a suitable date; a time is agreed directly with the business.
What if I need to change the visit?
Call as soon as your plans change. We discuss rescheduling, any agreed charges and site access directly before confirming a new visit.
