Questions to settle before confirming a stay.
These are sample answers for an editable hospitality website. Replace every bracketed fact with your own current policy.
Ask a different questionArrival & access
When can I check in?
Sample: check-in window, meeting point and late-arrival procedure. Contact the host before travelling if you expect to arrive outside that window.
Is there step-free access?
Sample: Describe the actual entrance route, steps, gradients, thresholds and room access. Ask for measurements or photographs relevant to your needs; do not assume all stays have the same access.
Where can I park?
Sample: the actual parking location, restrictions, dimensions, charges and unloading instructions. Confirm a space directly before relying on it.
During your stay
Are towels and linen provided?
Sample: List what is included for each accommodation type and any extra charges. Camping and shared-room stays may need a separate packing list.
Can I bring a pet?
Sample: State the actual pet policy, eligible rooms or pitches, limitations and charges. Arrange this with the host before booking.
Is breakfast included?
Sample: State whether food is included, service times and how to raise dietary questions. Do not assume every room rate includes meals.
How do changes or cancellations work?
Sample: verified terms, deadlines and contact instructions. Guests should receive the applicable terms and final price before confirming.
