What size washers do you have?
Washer capacities and prices: 15 lb for $4.50, 25 lb for $6.50, 40 lb for $9 and 60 lb for $13. Choose a drum with room for the load to move; do not exceed the marked fill line.
How much does it cost to dry a load?
Dryer sizes, prices and the time included: Standard dryers $1.25 for 10 minutes; extra-large $2.50 for 15 minutes. Drying time varies with the fabric and load size.
Do I need quarters, or can I use a card?
Accepted payment: Cards or the app. The machines do not take coins.. Check this before arriving; call (800) 555-0159 if you need payment help.
When is the last wash?
Regular hours: Daily 6am–10pm. Start your final wash by 9:30pm. Holiday hours: Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas. 9am–5pm on other holidays..
Is an attendant there all day?
Attendant hours: 8am to 6pm, every day. Call (800) 555-0159 before coming if you need help loading, paying or choosing a machine.
Can I wash a comforter or blanket?
Check its care label first. Ask the attendant which capacity fits the item; some bulky items need a larger machine or specialist care.
Is there Wi-Fi, seating or parking?
Wi-Fi: Free. Ask the attendant for the password.. Seating: Benches along the front window and a few tables. Parking: Four spaces out front, plus metered street parking on the block. Confirm any limits before your visit.
Can I drop off laundry instead?
Our wash-and-fold add-on is $1.85 a pound, with Ready in 24 hours. Ask the counter about accepted items and tell us about special care before leaving a bag.
What if a machine stops or takes my payment?
Note the machine number and contact the attendant during 8am to 6pm, every day, or call (800) 555-0159. Do not force a door or try to repair a machine yourself.
