Planning and booking
How do I ask about a room?
Contact the property with your dates, number of guests and preferred bed arrangement. Ask for written confirmation of the total price and what is included. This template has no live availability.
What are the deposit and cancellation terms?
Sample: the actual deposit, payment timing, cancellation deadline and refund terms. Guests should receive the complete policy before agreeing to a booking.
Can children or pets stay?
Sample: child, extra-bed and pet policies, including any limits or fees. Do not assume a room has a cot, additional bed or suitable outdoor space.
Arrival and access
When can I check in?
The sample window is 3 pm to 7 pm. Replace it with the property's actual arrangements. If your arrival falls outside reception hours, agree an arrival plan directly.
Is there step-free access?
Sample: Describe the verified route from arrival to each room, including gradients, thresholds and doorway measurements. Ask the owner about your specific requirements before booking.
Where can I park?
Sample: the actual parking location, any charge or reservation requirement and the distance to the entrance. Explain unloading arrangements separately.
During the stay
Is breakfast provided?
Sample: State whether breakfast is included, available at a separate charge or not provided. Add serving times and an accurate process for dietary and allergen questions.
Who can help outside reception hours?
Sample hours: Monday–Friday, 9–5. Keep any guest-only number or access instructions in your established booking communication.

Describe the information you need before reserving. The owner should confirm arrangements directly; this demo cannot answer on behalf of a real business.
