Frame by Frame

Start with
a feeling.
Find its form.

Frame by Frame is a fictional independent direction studio for culture, spaces and brands. Its offer is a film idea carried coherently from the first sentence to the final cut.

The diving platform shadow crosses luminous turquoise tiles seen from above.

In this study, the same pool becomes expectation, disturbance and memory.

The story has to work
before the camera moves.

Begin by naming the change: what does a viewer understand or feel at the end that they did not at the beginning? That change governs the treatment, the rhythm and the production choices.

For The water remembers, the change is almost invisible. A still place becomes a place where something may have happened. The camera moves only when our relationship to that place changes.

From intention
to a film.

Find the sentence
Clarify the audience, context and one emotional turn. The first deliverable is a written premise and the questions it leaves open.
Build the treatment
Develop scene order, image references, sound direction and a practical production scope. Separate creative intention from unconfirmed logistics.
Make and refine
Plan production, then edit for the intended viewing context. Delivery formats, permissions, sound rights and captions belong in the agreed scope.
