How is a deep clean different from a regular clean?
A deep clean gives extra attention to agreed details such as baseboards, buildup and reachable ledges. The room checklist and condition of the home determine the scope; confirm all requested tasks in the quote.
Do you clean empty and furnished homes?
Tell us whether the space will be empty or furnished. We agree on access to floors and surfaces, what may be moved, and any excluded areas before the visit.
Are the oven and fridge included?
Inside oven cleaning: $45. Inside fridge cleaning: $35. These are add-ons unless your written quote includes them; empty appliances and discuss care instructions first.
Can you clean windows and inside cabinets?
Window options: Inside and outside, up to 10 windows. Cabinet options: Inside and outside of up to 12 cabinet doors. Confirm safe reach, inside or outside glass, tracks and whether cabinets must be empty.
Can I text photos to get a quote?

Do I need to be home, and should utilities stay on?
Access and utilities: Keys are handed off in person, and water and electricity stay on.. We confirm entry, key handoff, water and electricity privately before arrival.
Can you guarantee that my security deposit will be returned?
No. Deposit decisions belong to the landlord and can depend on damage, lease terms and other factors beyond cleaning. Share the landlord’s cleaning checklist so we can agree on the work.
Do you work with landlords or realtors?
Partner inquiries: Call or text the office number above.. Ask about turnover timing, access coordination and the scope for each property. Booking availability: Usually within two weeks.
Are your before-and-after photos from your own jobs?
