Practical questions
Is a site visit included?
Only if explicitly included in the written scope. Confirm location, access, permission and responsibilities before travelling.
Can I use the diagrams as technical information?
No. The demo diagrams are explanatory geometry. Replace them with accurately labeled work and state its purpose and limitations.
What happens when scope changes?
Agree changes to deliverables, responsibilities and timing in writing. Sample: change and cancellation policy.
