An approach built around explaining the work before it begins.
Texture is information.
The material study shown here makes different surface textures visible at a large scale. It uses faux fibers and is illustrative only.
An actual appointment starts with the individual pet and an owner conversation. The sample site cannot determine which tool or service is appropriate.
Make the plan visible.
Describe each proposed task, what it includes and what falls outside the appointment. If the scope changes, explain the change before continuing.
Sample: policy for consent, handling preferences and stopping or adapting work.
Show your own work.
Replace this reserved area with a genuine photograph of your work, with the customer’s permission. Describe the task without promising results.
