Questions before class
Does an adult stay for the whole class?
Caregiver attendance and participation rules are one caregiver for each child, in the room the whole time. Confirm before booking.
Can siblings come along?
Ask about sibling attendance, age limits and any additional fee under 10-class packages and monthly memberships.
Is there stroller parking or a changing space?
Family facilities are a stroller corral by the door and a changing table in the restroom. Call to confirm access and where to leave a stroller.
What if my child is sick or asleep?
Illness, missed-class and makeup arrangements are a class credit if your child is sick and a makeup class with 48 hours notice. Ask before purchasing a package.
What ages or levels can join?
Our age groups are Newborn to 3 years and our class levels are baby, toddler and big kid groups. Call to confirm the right group before booking.
When and where do classes meet?
The class schedule is Tue–Thu mornings, 9:30am to 11:15am. Classes meet at the main play room at our studio. Confirm your time and meeting point before traveling.
Can we try a class before buying a package?
The first-class or trial offer is at no charge. Ask what it includes, whether a fee applies and how to reserve it.
How much do classes cost, and can I cancel?
Prices are $18 a class; packages are 10-class packages and monthly memberships. Cancellation and makeup terms are a makeup class with 48 hours notice. Confirm the terms before paying.
How do I book and discuss access or allergies?
A parent or guardian should call, text or email to book. Do not send children’s personal information through a web form. Tell us about allergies by phone. Ask for the waiver: the form at our front desk.
