Before your body-shop visit

Questions about estimates, insurance, repairs and bringing in a vehicle.

How do I get a damage estimate?

Call (800) 555-0103 during Mon–Fri 8am–5:30pm, Sat 8am–noon to arrange an inspection. Ask what information to bring, whether a charge applies and how the estimate will be provided.

Can you quote a repair from photos?

Photos can help explain the visible damage, but an in-person inspection may be needed. Hidden damage can change the repair scope and price.

Can I drive my vehicle to the shop?

If you are unsure whether the vehicle is safe to drive, do not drive it. Ask about inspection and transport arrangements. Call 911 if there is an immediate emergency.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Ask the shop about its process and contact your insurer about coverage, authorization and payment. No insurer affiliation or coverage is implied by this website.

Who pays my deductible?

Check your policy and claim details with your insurer. Confirm your out-of-pocket amount and payment arrangements before authorizing repairs.

How long will the repair take?

Timing depends on inspection findings, parts, the work and any needed approvals. Ask for an estimated schedule and how updates will be communicated.

Will the paint match?

Ask how the shop assesses the existing finish and what blending or refinishing is proposed. Review the scope and expectations before approving the work.

What happens if more damage is found?

Ask how additional findings, revised estimates and authorization are handled. Confirm how you will be contacted before extra work is approved.

What should I bring when I drop off the vehicle?

Bring the keys and any requested estimate or claim information. Remove personal items and discuss pickup, payment and transportation arrangements with the shop.

Discuss the next step.
