Questions before class
Do you pick up from our school?
Schools and pickup arrangements are available from two nearby schools, with written permission. Confirm the route, adult handoff and availability directly.
Is homework finished during the program?
Homework time is offered as described by the team; completion and grades are not guaranteed. Ask what support is available.
What happens on school holidays?
The school closure policy is to follow the school calendar and send a text notice. Confirm dates and any separate registration.
Are snacks included?
Snack arrangements are a peanut-free snack from home. Tell us about allergies by phone.
What ages or levels can join?
Our age groups are 6 to 12 and our class levels are Grades 1 to 3 and grades 4 to 6. Call to confirm the right group before booking.
When and where do classes meet?
The class schedule is Mon–Fri, 3pm to 5pm. Classes meet at the gym at the neighborhood rec center. Confirm your time and meeting point before traveling.
Can we try a class before buying a package?
The first-class or trial offer is at no charge. Ask what it includes, whether a fee applies and how to reserve it.
How much do classes cost, and can I cancel?
Prices are $18 a day; packages are 10-day passes and monthly plans. Cancellation and makeup terms are a makeup day with 48 hours notice. Confirm the terms before paying.
How do I book and discuss access or allergies?
A parent or guardian should call, text or email to book. Do not send children’s personal information through a web form. Tell us about allergies by phone. Ask for the waiver: the form at our front desk.
