The body
care edit.
A practical conversation about the products already on your shelf and the ingredients you want to understand.
Prepare for a visitWhat the session covers.
We start with your preferences for texture, scent and the amount of time you want to spend on a routine. Then we compare the purpose and usage instructions of a small selection of example body-care formats.
- Included
- A label-reading conversation, texture and scent discussion, and a written ingredient checklist.
- Not included
- Products to take home, custom formulations, diagnosis or a promise of individual results.
- Bring
- Product packaging or clear photographs of complete ingredient lists. Bring only what you feel comfortable discussing.
- Decide later
- There is no need to choose a product during the conversation.
The label leads.
Examples can explain the difference between an oil, a balm and a wash. The individual product label remains the source for ingredients, intended use and precautions.

Before you arrange a visit.
Tell the business if you prefer a scent-free conversation or need another way to review information. Confirm the actual service, price, access arrangements and cancellation terms with the owner.
